Handmade sterling silver tilted heart charm bracelet

Each bracelet has 6 sterling silver tilted heart charm, which all have a delicate lace texture to the front. Each sterling silver heart charm is approximately 8mm.

The sterling silver bracelets are 17cm long with another 2.5cm of sterling silver extender chain.

You can personalise this item by adding a sterling silver circle tag on the clasp, which can have an initial of your choice. This makes it an extra special gift for any occasion. Please note there is an additional fee of £2.50 for this personalisation.
